License Types

1. Free License

• Access: You are granted access to download VFX assets from our Free Effects Collection.
• Resolution: All effects under this license are available in HD resolution.
• Download Limit: 10 VFX assets per day.

⠀2. Ultimate License

• Access: Unrestricted access to download any VFX assets available on MakeBIGFILMS.
• Resolution: 4K and higher.
• Download Limit: 50 VFX assets per day.

• Access: Same access as the Ultimate License. This license is designed for VFX studios and production companies, allowing account sharing among team members.
• Resolution: 4K and higher
• Download Limit: 50 VFX assets per day.

Technical Specifications

All our effects are delivered as MOV video files utilizing the Prores 4444 codec.

Usage Terms

• Ownership: Upon downloading an effect, you retain it on your computer, even if you cancel your subscription. These assets are provided for the length of your project and beyond.
• Commercial Use: You are free to use our effects in commercial projects.
• Prohibited Uses:
  • You cannot use automated methods (e.g., bots, software) to download VFX assets.
  • You cannot present any VFX assets as your own creation, even if merged with other elements.
  • Reselling or redistributing the VFX assets on stock platforms or elsewhere is strictly forbidden.
  • The VFX assets must not be used in illegal activities, contrary to court orders, or in a manner that might harm BIGFILMS, its artists, third parties, or their reputation.
  • Our Media Elements may not be used in any media editing or creation platform (for example, mobile video editing apps, audio apps, or app filters), without a separate license agreement with BIGFILMS, LLC.
  • Our Media Elements may not be used for the training or testing of any machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, neural network, or similar technology.


• Responsibility: BIGFILMS is not liable for how you choose to use the VFX assets. Ensure all your projects align with local, national, and international laws.

Termination & Violation

BIGFILMS retains the right to terminate your account or revoke licensing if there is a breach in the terms stated above.

Changes to the License Agreement

We may periodically make changes to this License Agreement. When changes are significant, we’ll provide a prominent notice on our platform.
